White masterbatch is primarily used for the production of films, blown bottles, injection molded products and profile extrusions. Our high quality range of concentrates – such as for paper coatings – includes UV resistant solutions for silage stretch film as well as pigment filler mixes for standard applications. With or without fillers – or with additional agents like UV or thermo stabilizers – Polyplast Müller white concentrates are convincing due to their attractive price/performance ratio and their wide range of possible applications.
It is a white masterbatch, it contains 70% titanium dioxide (Ratty-type) as a composite material in polyethylene, it is particularly suitable for the color of agricultural films where high dosage in low proportion and extra dose of UV stabilizer (Such as Polybatch UVS 210) is required. It can also be used for injection molded articles which are used on the road and in food packaging.White Masterbatch products include excellent dispersion, formulations suitable for thick / thin wall molding applications, easy to join polyclin and engineering resins, up to 80% high-yielded products
All black masterbatch formulations are carefully tailored to every required application profile. Many of them meet even the highest test standards. This range features products for the cable industry as well as BAM* approved qualities which are required in geomembrane production, for example. With or without fillers – or with additional agents like UV or thermal stabilizers – Polyplast Müller black concentrates are convincing due to their attractive price/performance ratio and their wide range of possible applications. As a leader in Black Masterbatch, Mobil offers innovative forms that provide quality and stability for customers application.Mobil's dispersion technology and the expertise of raw materials enables the processor to achieve the highest level of ambiguity, using the minimum amount of Masterbatch. Our carbon black contains a wide variety of pigment systems that are described by large particle sizes. This range of systems allows tinting of blue, jet black and brown colors. These products can be used in a wide variety of polymer systems from ABS, G-PS, HIPS, LDPE LLDPE, HDPE, and PP Homo and Co-Polymers. As leaders in Black Masterbatch Technology for more than 40 years, we have achieved the most demanding performance requirements, including UV, FDA, conductive dispersion, and processability.Specific applications include film, pipes, fiber, and injection / blow molding. Industries include agriculture, automotive, consumer products, industrial and packaging.
